If your item arrives damaged or defective, please send us a photo within 3 business days of delivery. Proof of damage is required to process a return or replacement.

To initiate a return, reach out to us within 3 business days of receiving your order. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

Once your return is approved, you'll need to ship the item back to us. We’ll process your refund (excluding shipping) within 24 hours of receiving your return. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Please allow 2–3 business days for processing during regular times, and 3–5 business days during launches or high-volume seasons.

Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for USPS to update tracking info.

Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days after leaving our warehouse. (Weekends and holidays may cause delays.)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Dreams travel far—but sometimes, borders take time.

Please allow 3–4 weeks for delivery of international orders.

Customs fees may apply, and are the responsibility of the customer. Packages may be held at customs and must be claimed by you.

If unclaimed, the package will be returned to us and a refund (minus shipping) will be issued.
